I help women over 40 recover digestive health, ease their menopausal symptoms, build strength and reach a healthy weight, so that they can feel like themselves again and give their energy to things that matter.

I get it. It’s scary not knowing how your gut will react to your next meal. It’s overwhelming when you don’t feel like yourself in your own body. But suffering in your body is not normal. There’s a reason why you’re experiencing these things, and I’m obsessed with getting to the bottom of it. Because addressing the root cause of your issues is the key to making lasting change.

My approach is rooted in science, and also deeply personal so that I can understand you – your health concerns, the current demands on your energy, and where your body needs help that will have the biggest impact. When you work with me, I’ll build you a personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan, and provide coaching and motivation to keep you on track. Lasting change requires a little hard work, but having someone keep you accountable helps you get it done.

Growing up, I had a difficult relationship with food and a raft of digestive issues, including IBS, hypersensitivity and gallbladder problems. My conventional doctors were wonderful, but not trained in the role that nutrition plays in our health, nor did they have a great grasp of IBS, to be honest. Later, I fell in love with running, ate spinach and apples as fast as they could grow, and things improved. Until hormone imbalances hit in my late 30s. My gut issues resurrected (and worse!), bones started breaking, and heart palpitations and waves of anxiety rose out of nowhere. I did everything I thought was right, but it wasn’t until I worked with a naturopathic doctor who understood what my body was missing that I started feeling more like myself. And adding strength training on top of real nourishment was life changing, truly.

My own health experiences led me to retrain as a nutrition coach, and now I’m nearing the end of my studies to become a naturopathic doctor, as well as a personal trainer.

Using nutrition and lifestyle modifications to help address symptoms of hormone fluctuations in the menopausal transition, including brain fog, low energy, sleep disturbances, mood swings, anxiety, elevated blood sugar, hot flushes and weight gain. Excellent in combination with strength training.

Muscle & bone health

Comprehensive nutrition, fitness and lifestyle coaching to support various body composition goals, including building and maintaining lean muscle, losing body fat, and encouraging healthy bone density as you age.
