The Supernova
(12 weeks)

If you want to make big changes and are looking for ongoing support, The Supernova plan provides the personalisation, coaching and accountability you need to make high-impact, lasting change. We’ll start with a deep dive into your current health and lifestyle, I’ll design a personalised plan for you, and then we’ll have weekly coaching sessions and direct support to help keep you on track.

Included:

  • Comprehensive health & lifestyle review

  • 1 hour initial consultation

  • Personalised nutrition & lifestyle plan

  • Supplement plan (if necessary)

  • 45-minute weekly coaching sessions

  • New nutrition plans following consultations, as needed

  • Messaging between sessions for additional support, as needed

The Essential (6 weeks)

If you’re looking for a quick health reset, or have an event or very specific goal that you’re working towards, The Essential plan is the perfect option. We’ll do a deep dive into your current health and lifestyle, I’ll design a personalised plan for you, and then we’ll have weekly coaching sessions and direct support to help keep you on track.

Included:

  • Comprehensive health & lifestyle review

  • 1 hour initial consultation

  • Personalised nutrition & lifestyle plan

  • Supplement plan (if necessary)

  • 45-minute weekly coaching sessions

  • Messaging between sessions for additional support, as needed

Follow-Up Session

For previous clients who feel like they need a check-in to address flare-ups, new health concerns or to benefit from an injection of accountability.

Included:

  • Brief health & lifestyle update

  • 1 hour consultation

  • Personalised nutrition & lifestyle plan

  • Supplement plan (if necessary)

Personalised Training Plan (Add-on)

An excellent addition to either The Supernova or Essential programmes. We’ll have an initial 45-minute session dedicated to understanding your fitness goals, exercise history and level, and I’ll develop a personalised training plan tailored to your specific needs.

Included:

  • 45-minute fitness review

  • Personalised strength training plan

  • 1 hour plan delivery with exercise demonstrations and form checks

  • Weekly fitness coaching and check-ins available on request (additional charge)
